We offer various filing options for our FIBCs such as top open for filling bulky products, top skirt which offers width to fill with additional protection, filling spout for standard filing applications, box top for high response or aeriated products, iris closure for additional protection after filling, star closure for additional protection with flap cover, conical top for products with a high filling cone, conical filling spout for enhanced flow of products and various discharge options such as flat bottom with star cut on the base, discharge spout, conical bottom for products which may bridge or crack, discharge spout with iris closure for additional protection of the discharge spout, discharge spout with star closure to avoid bulging of the discharge spout, double discharge spout for dust free discharging, bottom flap for additional full base protection, open bottom system with iris closure for total opening of the bottom. We have an installed capacity of 400 MT to manufacture 1,00,000 bags per month at our manufacturing unit at Plot No. J-61, Additional MIDC, Murbad, Thane, Murad, Maharashtra, India, 421401 spanning a net land 7,000 sq. meter. Further, these facilities are equipped with advanced machineries ensuring aggregate production capacity.
