Backed by a legacy of over three decades of experience from our Promoters, TPI has
continually evolved its bulk packaging offering through sustained technological enhancement and deep
industry expertise.
Ever since our bulk bags were introduced, material handling for both domestic and export markets have
undergone a significant transformation. Today, we offer a wide array of value-added configurations
— including circular, baffle, u-panel, single loop, and full loop designs — giving our
clients enhanced and customized packaging options.
We manufacture a comprehensive range of FIBC bags, woven bags, and container liners, suitable for
packaging virtually every product category — from food products and chemicals to mining
materials. Our products serve as complete logistics solutions across diverse industries, making TPI
a true one-stop solution for all FIBC packaging needs.
OUR FACILITY
Our manufacturing unit is located at Plot No. J-61, Additional MIDC, Murbad, Thane,
Maharashtra, India, 421401, spanning a net land area of 7,000 sq.
metres — strategically positioned close to Mumbai and the JNPT Port for efficient
domestic and export logistics.
We operate with an installed capacity of 400 MT per month, enabling us to
manufacture 1,00,000 bags per month. Our facility is supported by a dedicated
workforce and is equipped with advanced machinery to ensure consistent, high-volume production
capacity.

Quality is built into every stage of our production process. Our in-house testing facility allows us
to conduct checks at multiple stages of manufacturing, promptly identifying and addressing any
defects or errors to drive continuous improvement.
Our products undergo rigorous quality testing — including tensile testing, UV testing,
rig testing, and drop testing — ensuring they meet industry standards for safety,
durability, and environmental sustainability before reaching our clients.
We hold ISO 9001:2015 certification for the production of FIBC, Woven Sacks, and
Fabrics of PP (Polypropylene) and HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene), reflecting our consistent
commitment to high manufacturing standards and clear, well-defined quality and production procedures.
